Manufacturing company require a general Sales Office Administrator to join their busy sales office. Day to day duties will include:
Taking calls from clients
Inputting details on to the companies bespoke system
Liaising with other staff within the sales department
Using Word and Excel
Corresponding to both clients and internal staff via email
Producing reports as instructed
General day to day administration
Making coffees and teas for clients
Other office duties as required

Typically this may suit a second or third jobber who sounds good on the telephone and has general office skills. Ideal candidates will have already worked within a sales department in a manufacturing company.
