Job Title: Personal Account Executive

Responsible To: Sales Office Manager

Main Description:
* Sales support to Key Account Managers & Directors. Processing of orders and enquiries maintaining direct contact with both clients and suppliers.
Principle Objectives:
* Quick and accurate processing of enquiries and orders on our in-house Print management system.
* To give our clients a first class service.
Responsible For:
* The accurate processing of enquiries and orders and updating of records.
* Working to ISO Standards and following set procedures.
* Communicating information and taking instructions from clients, suppliers and colleagues.
Communication Lines:
* Internally, through the office manager, directors, sales people & support staff.
* Externally, with both clients and suppliers.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Basic Print Knowledge would be an advantage not compulsory as full training will be given.
* Proficient in MS office programmes (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* To communicate with both clients and suppliers in a professional manner .
* Able to prioritise work load.
* To work quickly, accurately and under pressure with a positive attitude towards fellow workers.
