Part Time Administrator Temporary

An excellent opportunity has come up for someone with strong administration skills looking to work around 20 hours per week. The company can offer a certain amount of flexibility on the hours worked but they are likely to be between 10.00am and 3.00pm for 3 to 5 days per week. You would be joining a very personable team where you will be made to feel very welcome. Typical day to day duties will include:
Taking notes from managers
Typing up letters on Word
Entering details into Excel spreadsheets
Taking calls and relaying messages
Liaising with other departments
Supporting other members of the administration team
Sending and receiving emails using outlook
General office duties

Full on the job support will be given. Applicants should ideally have at least 3 to 4 years administration experience.
